ACCOUNTANT

Employment Source is looking for an Accountant to work (Full Time) in Belgrade, MT.

ACCOUNTANT needed   $75k annually

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·        Accounting Support

·        Weekly Bank Deposits

·        Transmit Monthly Reports to Customers

·        Updating Spreadsheets

·        Tracking and Responding to Regulation-Claims

·        Input Accounts Payable Invoices

·        Create Accounts Receivable Invoices

·        General Front Office Duties (very low incoming traffic)

·        Answering Phones (not high volume)

·        Filing, Mailing

·        Utilize Industry Specific Software and Supporting the CFO as required. 

ADDITIONAL:

·        Proficiency in MS Excel & Word a must.

·        Strong attention to detail.

·        Good analytical and organizational skills.

·        Very detailed oriented Industry.

·        Accuracy and attention to detail are a firm requirement.

·        Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

PAY RATE:

·        ACCOUNTANT needed   $75k annually

SCHEDULE: Full-Time

(Monday-Friday) 7-4:30pm
