Employment Source is looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work (Full Time) in Billings.

 

We are looking for an organized, detailed, friendly and energetic ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work in a Real Estate office here in Billings.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - JOB RESPONSITILITIES:

·        Files - upload completed documents electronically.

·        Assisting with Listings - input listings, communicate with clients via email, attend photo appointments, deliver and pick up signage.

·        Marketing - prepare and deliver monthly “pop-by” gifts, prepare monthly mailers, flyers, website maintenance, assist with client appreciation events.

·        Social Media - post listings to Facebook groups and stories; prep content for our social media specialist

·        CRM Database - input new clients, track referrals, complete post close tasks

·        Manage the front desk, greeting clients and staff, procure office supplies, remove garbage, maintain office tidiness and organization.

·        New agent onboarding - onboarding paperwork, order email signatures, business cards, etc.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - REQUIREMENTS

·        Administrative Assistant office experience

·        Strong tech savvy - experience in social media, email, Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Calendar

·        Smartphone, driver’s license, auto insurance and vehicle for work errands

 

BENEFITS: Waiting period will apply

 

PAY RATE: $18 - $20 per hour (DOE)

 

SCHEDULE: Full Time

(Monday-Friday) 8-5pm
