CAD TECHNICIAN (Entry Level)

Employment Source is looking for an Entry Level CAD Technician to work Full-Time as an Inside Sales Agent in Billings, MT.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Front desk duties: answer phones, greet walk-in customers, always provide excellent customer service

·        Establish and maintain excellent customer relations

·        Identify sales opportunities and use good listening skills to understand what the customer needs

·        Process requests for: price quotes, purchase orders, account adjustments, and order cancellations

·        Collect and break down info obtained from specs, sketches, layouts, drawings, and other instruction from customers to convert the information into detailed drawings and CAD models to include section views and all dimensions

·        Work closely with distributors and warehouse personnel to schedule and track shipments and deliveries and give customers accurate ETAs

·        Maintain detailed customer files

REQUIREMENTS:

·        HS Diploma, required

·        Sales experience, highly desired

·        Working knowledge of drafting software, no degree/certification required!

·        Advanced computer system experience is necessary    

·        Excellent communication and customer service skills

·        Great mathematic abilities and high attention to detail

·        Strong organizational skills to balance several projects at one time

·        Ability to visualize designs and execute accurate CADs for clientele

PAY RATE: $18-20/hr + Quarterly Bonus Potential & Profit Sharing
