MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SALE ASSOCIATE

Employment Source is looking for a Medical Equipment Sales Associate to work (Part Time) in Billings.

This job is NOT at a Hospital.

Retail experience is a PLUS

Any kind of Medical or Health background or knowledge is required

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        Greet Customers, take orders for equipment, pharmacy prescriptions etc.

·        Talks with customers by phone or in person and receive information related to customer’s equipment and/or service needs.

·        Maintains and/or enters patient data accurately and thoroughly.

·        Performs thorough verification of insurance.

·        Ensures completion or receipt of all documents needed for processing customer’s order and requests any missing documents from appropriate parties.

·        Creates appropriate delivery, billing, collection and returns paperwork

·        Enters and confirms work orders and monitors open orders for accuracy and completion.

·        Responds and resolves customer concerns and inquiries quickly and professionally.

BENEFITS: Waiting period will apply

PAY RATE: $18 - $21 depending on experience.

SCHEDULE: Part Time

(Monday-Friday) 9-2pm
