OVERHEAD CRANE SERVICE MANAGER

Employment Source is looking for CRANE SERVICE MANAGER to work (Full Time) in Billings.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Overhead Crane Service Manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives.

·        Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.

·        Assisting with or performing tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, overseeing production of builds, managing and assisting with jobs in the field,

·        Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.

·        Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

·        Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.

·        Helping to train new employees in company procedures.

·        Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment

·        Strong industry knowledge.

·        Professional and effective communication skills (verbal and written)

·        Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and problem solve.

·        High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

·        Good driving record, valid driver's license required.

·        Willing and able to travel around the state and out-of-town as required.

SALARY: $80,000 -$120,000 per year

SCHEDULE: Full Time

(Monday-Friday) 8-5pm
