PARTS/WAREHOUSE WORKER

Employment Source is looking for PARTS / WAREHOUSE person to work (Full Time) in MISSOULA 

Experience Required!!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Customer service

• Answering phone calls

• Process parts orders for customers

• Quote parts to customers

• Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur

• Provide service technicians with parts as required

• Assist parts manager and outside sales personnel with parts related queries

• Assist customers that come to the store

• Uses dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently

• Maintaining inventory levels

• Make occasional parts runs

• Be cross trained in many areas of the company

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE:

·        Valid Driver’s License

·        Clean Background

WORK IN WAREHOUSE as needed

Various Warehouse duties

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:

·        Word

·        Excel

·        PDF

·        Ordering/Quoting using vendor web portals

·        E-mail

·        Electronic calendar

·        Willing to learn our web based internal inventory program (CDK)

PAY RATE: $20 - $24 /hour

SCHEDULE: Full Time
