PARTS COUNTER SPECIALIST

Employment Source is looking for a PARTS COUNTER SPECIALIST to work Full-Time in Billings, MT.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Greet customers at the Service Desk

·        Answer incoming phone calls

·        Keep excellent inventory of parts and accessories

·        Assist in pricing and ordering parts

·        Manage special orders and follow up with customers

·        Coordinate with various departments to ensure an expedited process and customer satisfaction

·        Responsible for propane refills

·        Maintain an orderly work area and organize Service Desk retail space

REQUIREMENTS:

·        High School diploma or GED

·        Valid driver’s license

·        2 years of experience in a customer service role, required

·        Great communication skills

·        Mathematically inclined & ability to use a cash register

·        Computer savvy

·        Highly organized

PAY RATE: $15-16/hr DOE + BONUS POTENTIAL!

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, occasional Saturdays
