Job Description
Employment Source is looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR to work Full-Time in Missoula, MT.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Assists customers with scheduling and obtaining services on RV’s.
· Walk through each unit with customer to understand customer concerns.
· Point out and document any damages to the customer’s unit. Suggest repairs if applicable.
· Perform a detailed write-up of the customer’s concerns.
· Obtains warranty authorizations from factories.
· Conducts technical problem solving with factories.
· Conducts technical problem solving with RV Technicians.
· Processes all necessary paperwork as required for service.
· Perform quality control checks on finished coaches.
· Go over paperwork with customers to explain what work was completed.
· Assure that all necessary documents are signed and payments are made.
· Assure that the customer receives a copy of the Repair Order (RO).
· Assists the Service Manager as needed, including employee relations.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Valid MT driver’s license required.
· High School diploma or GED required.
· Two years related experience required.
· Ability to learn established computer program within 90 days of hire.
· Working knowledge of word processing software and Internet use.
· Ability to operate basic office machines, including copier, fax, microfiche, multi-line phone, 10 -key machine, and maintain basic filing systems.

PAY RATE: up to $18/ hr DOE
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Some Saturdays may be required depending on need.
