VET TECH ASSISTANT

Employment Source is looking for a VETERINARY Tech Assistant to work (Full Time) in Billings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Schedule/Reschedule Appointments

·        Answer Phones

·        Check Clients In & Out of the Office

·        Verify All Client Information

·        Weigh Clients & Get Them Settled in the Exam Room

·        Confirm Reason for Client Visit

·        Assist Medical Professional as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Excellent Organization/Multitasking Skills

·        Detail Oriented

·        Calm Demeanor 

·        Able to Take Direction Well

PAY RATE: $12.00 /hour

SCHEDULE: Full-time, four 10 Hour Shifts per Week – NO WEEKENDS!

SHIFTS: 7am-6pm or 11am to 9pm
