JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Relations (Inside Sales Representative) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, managing customer accounts, and supporting business growth by selling products or services over the phone, fax or email.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Proactively reach out to existing customers via phone, email, and enter orders for products/services.
·       Manage assigned accounts.
·       Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
·       Follow up on inbound leads and turn over outbound prospecting to generate new business with local sales representatives.
·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
·       Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications:
·       Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles (1–3 years preferred).
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·       Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
·       Tech-savvy with experience using CSD tools and sales automation software.
·       Self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.

PAY RATE:Â $17 and up (depending on experience)
Company gives frequent raises as a candidate grows, and masters required skills.

SCHEDULE:Â Full Time
(Monday-Friday) 8-5pm
