JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        The Dispatcher/Service Coordinator is the person who connects the customers’ needs with our people and resources to fulfil those needs. 

·        The right candidate is detail oriented, able to think on their feet and multitask, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers alike.

·        This position requires strong computer skills and accurate and detailed note keeping. 

·        As part of this critical and diversified position you will assist customers in-store with product, chemical, and service needs, conduct water sample tests, assist with receiving inventory, and help maintain a clean and professional workspace.

·        The core of this position is to take customers calls regarding service, repair, and maintenance needs, schedule technicians to fulfill the corresponding service orders, ensure proper parts and supplies are available and ready for Technicians to use on their assigned duties, maintain on-going communication with customers regarding anything that may delay or hinder fulfillment of their request, all while keeping detailed notes in the customer files relative to the specific service orders.

·        As new spas, furniture, fire features, and other products are sold the Service Coordinator will be the person communicating with the customer, verifying the customers readiness to receive items purchased, ensure all items related to the purchase are pulled and ready for delivery, and communicate information relevant to the deliveries to the Technician(s) assigned to deliver the items purchased.

PAY RATE: $24 /hour

SCHEDULE: Full Time
