JOB DESCRIPTION:
·       Job analysis
·       Revision and development of job descriptions
·       Improvement of performance evaluation practices
·       Oversight and maintenance of the data in {HRIS) information systems and databases
·       Explaining interpretations and applications of regulations, policies, and procedures.
·       Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations.
·       Develop training materials
·       Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers. Verify application data to determine program eligibility.
·       Train personnel on HR associated functions.
·       Perform internal HR investigations and inform individuals of status and Endings(when appropriate).
·       Evaluate effectiveness of personnel policies or practices.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:
·       HR/Personnel Laws and Regulations: Demonstrated knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
·       HR Experience: Position requires a high-level of working knowledge on HR concepts, processes and procedures and ability to apply them within a variety of planned and unforeseen situations.
·       Critical Thinking, Sound Professional Judgment and Decision Making: Using logic, reasoning and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
·       Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
·       Demonstrated knowledge and the skill to deliver the highest level of external (and internal) customer service with all stakeholder interactions,
·       Project Management Skills: This role is responsible for organization of the department planning process, is expected to develop detailed project schedules including tasks, accountabilities and deadlines.
·       Computers and Electronics: intermediate working knowledge and skill operating technology/computer-based work programs/software commonly used
·       within professional settings.
·       Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.

PAY RATE:Â $25 -$28 /hr. (DOE)

(Monday-Friday) 8-5pm
