Employment Source is looking for a LAND SURVEYOR to work (Full Time) in Billings.

Professional Land Surveyor

• Must have PLS license

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Boundary & Title Surveys: Research historical maps, deeds, and land titles to retrace property lines and settle boundary discrepancies.Field & Data Leadership: Manage survey technicians, oversee equipment, and direct field operations for topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys

Legal Certification: Serve as the Surveyor of Record by reviewing, stamping, and sealing legal descriptions, plats, and maps in compliance with state laws

Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and local planning commissions to ensure sites are properly prepared and legally compliant.

BENEFITS: Waiting period will apply

PAY RATE: Depends on experience

SCHEDULE: Full Time
