MAINTENANCE WORKER

Employment Source is looking for experienced MAINTENANCE WORKER for RENTAL PROPERTIES to work (Full Time) in Missoula. 

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Perform Repairs: Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs to maintain functionality within the apartment complex. 

·       Respond to Maintenance Requests: Address tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring resident satisfaction. 

·       Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect building systems, including fire alarms and HVAC, to ensure compliance with safety standards. 

·       Prepare Vacant Units: Get apartments ready for new tenants by performing necessary repairs, painting, and deep cleaning. 

·       Maintain Common Areas: Ensure cleanliness and safety in communal spaces, such as lobbies and hallways, and perform landscaping as needed. 

·       Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering new items as necessary to ensure availability for repairs. 

·       Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed for reporting to property management. 

WILL BE DRIVING COMPANY VEHICHLE

VALID Driver’s License required

Clean Driving Record required

Be able to lift 50 lbs.

PAY RATE: $18.50 hour

SCHEDULE: FULL-TIME (Monday-Friday)

8:00am to 4:30pm
