Motorcycle Mechanics

Mechanics who love to work on motorcycles, scooters or similar vehicles would love this job.

SHOP LEAD: Responsibilities include Providing leadership of the technician team including maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and repair for Powersports Motorcycles ATVS, UTVS and Snowmobiles.

• Leading a team: Supervising and directing the work of other technicians and assistants 

• Performing repairs: Performing major repairs. Must have a high level of familiarity with diagnosis, equipment electronics, hydraulics, mechanical capabilities and equipment operation

• Scheduling and prioritizing: Scheduling daily work assignments and reprioritizing as needed 

• Maintaining equipment: Ensuring proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment 

• Ordering supplies: Ordering materials and supplies 

• Recording work: Maintaining records of work orders, labor, and materials used on each job 

• Diagnosing problems: Examining, diagnosing, and locating mechanical defects 

• Performing preventative maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs 

• Maintaining cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

BENEFITS: Waiting period will apply

GREAT Benefits Package

PAY RATE: 

SALARY $75,000 per year, breaks down to $36 per hour (that does not include bonus)

When you include Bonus/Compensation Package = Salary ranges $81,200-$87,700 per year.

SCHEDULE: Full Time
