PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR

Employment Source is looking for a PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR to work (Full Time) in Billings.

Must be good with MATH and FRACTIONS for this position.

WILL TRAIN job duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.      Prepare and coat with latex, fabric required to meet daily product as per the Production Work Orders

2.      Operate roll down machine laminating layers to thickness as specified in the Production Work Orders.

3.      Punch disks as specified on Production Work Orders ensuring proper disk yield.

4.      Mold laminated disks into proper dies, organize molded dies in vulcanization cart.

5.      Pressure vulcanizer as per boiler operating procedures.

6.      Assist with de-molding cured cups. Review cups for any center hole problems.

7.      Operate cut-off lathe ensuring dimensional accuracy of cups as specified by the Production Work Orders and cut-off procedures.

8.      Set up center punch presses and monitor operation to ensure accuracy and to prevent equipment damage.

9.      Assist others as time permits.

10.  Other duties may be assigned by the Company Production Schedule

PAY RATE: $18 per hour

SCHEDULE: Full Time

(Monday-Friday) 8-5pm
